Our Trainers

Kim Smith has a B.S. degree in Exercise Sport Science from East Carolina University and holds a national personal training certification from AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America).

Kim likes to keep her clients motivated by designing exercise programs that focus on individualized goals. Also, to keep her clients constantly challenged, Kim stays up to date on the latest exercise techniques.

Her good sense of humor and knowledge of health and fitness keeps her clients motivated, having fun, and getting results.



Natalie Allison has a B.S. degree in Psychology from VA Tech and has current certifications in the following: Personal Training (AFAA), Weight Training (AFAA), Advanced Personal Training (AFAA), Aquatic Personal Training (AEA), and Pre/Post natal (AFAA).

Natalie has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor on the Outer Banks for several years. Her passion and enthusiasm for fitness keeps her clients motivated. Natalie can tailor any fitness program to make sure her clients enjoy working out and adhere to the program.
