One on One Training

This is a great way to meet your individual fitness needs. Home Bodies personal trainers, Kim and Natalie explore what works for their individual clients. Whether you need to lose weight, increase muscle tone, or increase cardiovascular fitness, we can lead you to develop a healthy exercise program that works for you.

Partner Training

Partner training is another great way to stay motivated. Whether you work out with your spouse, friend, neighbor, or child this type of training is a great way have fun and adhere to an exercise program and your BUDGET.

Group Training

Group training can be a great way to stay motivated, have fun, and stick to your exercise routine. Home Bodies can teach your group a variety of exercises or lead a high-energy class to help you meet your fitness needs.

Beach Training

Experience a great workout…. Learn various exercises…. This is great workout for those who want to take their training up a notch or for those who just want to enjoy the scenery. Best hours for beach training are between 8am-10am or 5pm-7pm weather permitting.

Pre/Post Natal
