Are you tired of the same old workout routine you do day after day? If you answered yes, sign up for the most popular and exciting workout that we offer... BEACH BOOT CAMP. Let us take you through 60 minutes of heart pumping, exhilarating workout incorporating the best of all worlds... cardio, strength and plyometrics. With our fitness experience Home Bodies can modify workouts to any level of fitness. We can push you through an intense challenge for the advanced exerciser or coach the novice using proper form and technique. Join us for a workout you won't forget on the beautiful Outer Banks beaches.


Time offered 7:30am - 10:30am weather permitting.

Bring a towel and plenty of water.

Dress appropriately. Tennis shoes required.


Beach Stretch and Tone

If boot camp is not your style let us guide you through stretching and toning exercises to enhance muscle tone and increase flexibility.
